Today is the day! Today is the day that all Americans see the naked ambition of fifteen percent of the population as they exert their will over the silent, hard working 85 percent. Today is the culmination of many years of hard work in swaying public perception, breaking down the walls of decency and building a climate of victimization and entitlement. Today the House of Representatives votes on the Senate Health Care Reform Act.

Never mind that no one has actually read this pork nirvana: this bill that nationalizes one sixth of the economy. Never mind that this bill is a slap in the face to all who work hard and don't expect or would accept a handout from anyone. Never mind that, on its face, the bill is a brazen attempt to subvert the Constitution of the United States and assign obligations to buy a service and criminalization of the God-given right to choose.

The right to choose not to buy a service one may see as a bad bargain, or the right to decide what is right for your own body. Those who have eroded the belief in right and wrong for decades; who have literally made a federal case over the right to control a person's body; who have cried that the state had no business, indeed no say at all, about what what one put in their body, believed in their head, and even what they did to their unborn children. Now those very same harpies have turned that tenet on its head as they grasp at the ability to regulate every aspect of what we do with the body God gave us.

A God they do not believe in and they do not seem accountable to. For we live in a time where the ugliest of motivations are cloaked in compassion. A time where the killing of an unborn child is seen as 'kind' as opposed to saddling a selfish couple with the 'burden' of raising unwanted offspring. A time where the lazy and the losers in the lottery of life are trying to maintain a lifestyle by taxing the driven and conscientious people who make this country hum with productivity. These are times that try the morals of men as those who want to invalidate hard work and drive have control of the levers of power and use that awful responsibility for their own gain and avarice.

Before you go on and whine about the poor and stricken and the addict who can neither care for themselves or have the tools to prosper in this world, know this: Life is a harsh taskmaster who punishes the dumb, the lazy and the foolish with scourge and tribulation until they learn to operate within the constraints of civilization. Lessons you don't learn or fail to heed as a child will be revisited repeatedly until you get with the program, succumb to the destruction brought on by your own lusts. Attempts to rewrite God's law, or common sense, for those agnostically inclined, will always result in an unbalanced society that careens hither and yon morally, until it sputters to a halt, mired in the ambivalence of indecision and relativism. A civilization that feels more empathy for the sinners than the sinned-against is destined to fail as the criminals achieve a critical mass and take the controls in efforts to profit from the moral decline.

We have such a state of affairs now. The ugly girl at the dance is now calling the tune, much to the chagrin of the highly offended orchestra. The drop-outs who threw stones at the University's stained glass windows now are the faculty; destroying the ideas and ethics that made this country great. There is a joke in the trades that men teach their children to work before they go off to college and get ruined. The ability to define right and wrong is the hallmark of a great society and the lack thereof the talisman of a civilization in decline. The loafers and anti-establishment crowd of the sixties are now deciding the tax rate for the rest of us, and they are not amused anymore. They are out for revenge. Revenge on the 'boy scouts' who kept their collective noses clean and worked eighty hours a week and put their kids through college and took care of their ailing parents and saluted on Veteran's Day all across this fine country.

'Liberal' doesn't even begin to appropriately label these Marxists! They really are the failed Communists who sewed the cancer of relativism into our public psyche and tried with all of their drug-addled reasoning to convince the rest of us that drive and vigor were not valid traits and conscientiousness was tantamount to selfishness. That success was to be punished, or at least taxed to support the 'less able' among us.

The Democrat majority in both Houses and the Marxist in the White House are poised to enact their vengeance today on all those who ignored their pleas for fairness and charity to the losers and lazy in society. Today they can 'get over' on the corporate toadies and millionaires who rule over and abuse the working class. If it were that easy, FDR, LBJ or even Ralph Nader would have so changed the collective zeitgeist to such an extant that this latest populist farce would be ignored, even maligned by the healthy, prosperous and well adjusted masses.

Instead we have an anti-St. Patrick leading the snakes from the swamps right into the halls of power. Its ironic that the 'most transparent' government in history has hidden its agenda and blocked public reflection on its programs. Its ironic that even the President is not sure what is actually in the health care bill and more troubling that he doesn't care by what process it arrives at his desk. It will be law, no matter how many seats are lost in the coming elections.

This rush to political suicide by an overtly socialist Democrat Party barely disguises the real intent of this travesty of legislative process: the health care reform bill is Communism. Socialism is a 'cooperative' between business and Government. Communism's hallmark is the Government's possession of the means of production. I trot out this aged mare to make a point: a government that can nationalize the better part of a native automobile industry is, by its very nature, Communistic. Such a Government should not be trusted to 'nurse' a substantially healthy industry. Period. If its too big to fail, its just too big.

If the Government can decide that an entire industry needs to be saved and defies its own Constitution to do so, then that Government is invalid and must go. I trust that the Supreme Court will strike this law as soon as the mountain of lawsuits start. But what do we make of a process by which a minority of the population forces its mindset on the majority? Under what authority have GM and Chrysler been seized? Its not Constitutional. And neither is this health care bill.

Yes, today is a momentous day! It is the day we declare war on Liberalism. Today is the day we record the vote for this Communistic legislation. Today we make plans to campaign against our socialist Senators, reprobate Representatives and power-hungry President. And, pass or fail, we will know who voted for our 'right to choose' and who opted for a 'Stalinization' of our legislative process. It works both ways: Freedom of choice extends to the right to choose NOT to do, buy or consume anything, for whatever reason.

Communism Is The Religion Of the Godless

The basic concept of Communism is that the idea of God is irrelevant and only to be "tolerated" as an accommodation to those of "low mentality". That explains the contempt that the Left has for Christians or right-wing nuts as we are routinely described. It explains the elitist mentality of our Communist-in-Chief, who had the unmitigated gall to say that America is not a Christian nation. Communism and communist deny the existence of any form of deity, believing that only matter in motion is eternal and the only divinity is a directive force inherent in matter which is why they worship the Earth. These Leftist worship the "created things" rather than the Creator.

Yes, I maintain that communism is the religion of the Godless and it even has it's own plan of salvation which is Utopia. The Communist vainly believes that he'll transform the heart of man by providing for all of man's material needs for him. Think back to October 31, 2008 when then President Elect Barack Obama proclaimed before an enthusiastic congregation crowd "We are five days away from fundamentally transforming America". Which read to the sychophantic drones as "our help" "our saviour" has come.

Communist even have a doctrine of conversion...indoctrinate the youth. In fact our colleges and universities are veritable alters of conversion. I can tell you that for me that was the case as an undergraduate. I was Godless and wanted and in point of fact sought out righteousness, goodness and justice as long as no diety was involved. Communism was perfect.

Communists also have a standard of consecration, and self-discipline. It was Lenin who said, "Few and better." and "We won't accept into membership anybody with any reservations whatsoever. We won't accept into our membership anyone unless he is an active, disciplined, working member in one of our organizations." Now remember Michelle Obama saying "Barack will require you to work". Have you noticed how the state run media has begun to call Americans "workers"?

It's a shame that drones are so busy protecting and defending the "first black president" that they are complete oblivious to the forces at play in our nation.

The Real Reason President Obama Was Awarded The Nobel Peace Prize

After speaking with friends and family this weekend it became increasingly clear to me that even Obama supporters initially scratched their heads and wondered what prompted the Peace Prize Committee to give the award to President Barack Obama. However, they have concluded that the accomplishment of becoming the first Black American President is so transformative that hope has been restored to the hearts of black people here and abroad and that phenomenon in and of itself is the reason that President Obama is the deserving chosen recipient. How touching... No, I can't make this stuff up, these are the sentiments of my beloved familiars.

I feel compelled to set the record straight. The REAL reason that the Socialist Norwegian Parliament gave the Nobel Peace Prize to President Obama was to make a political statement that they affirm his socialist agenda and his approach to foreign policy. This is a thinly veiled attempt to influence American foreign policy.

The fact that Obama worshippers supporters are dumb naive enough to think that these socialist Norwegian's give a tinker's damn about "hope in the hearts of black folks" is just laughable.

I read the most interesting article today on the American Thinker. Randall Hoven asks and answers the question What Would A Communist Do? In order to answer that question he went straight to the source -- the Communist Party USA. He summarized articles listed on http://www.cpusa.org/ listed in reverse chronological order. The below listed only scratches the surface of what he discovered:

What would a communist do about health care? Support it. In an article written by Sam Webb, National Chair, 9/10/2009 entitled Resetting the Health Care Debate, Mr. Webb writes: "As for the supporters of health care reform, we have to be every bit as tenacious as right-wing reaction. Justice, morality, and truth are on our side, but they are not enough. Only when combined with persistence, united action, and struggle over the bill's content, including a public option, will real health care reform see the light of day."

How would a communist support President Obama? Advocate for change. A posted speech given by Sam Webb on 7/30/2009 entitled The Communist Party - A Work in Progress says the following:"President Obama and progressive Congress people can't be the only change agents and will be change agents only up to a point. Our responsibility is to support them, prod them, and constructively take issue with them when we have differing views." But here is the kicker...."But more importantly -- and this is the heart of the matter -- we have to reach, activate, unite, educate, and turn millions of Americans into ‘change agents' who can make the political difference in upcoming struggles."

It isn't at all surprising that communist party would overwhelming support President Obama as they share some of the same core beliefs. Nor is it surprising to me that Americans with even a cursory understanding of political science and/or economics would be slightly concerned about that alone. Couple that with President Obama's affinity for Saul Alinsky, affiliation with Bill Ayers, and eerie similarities to totalitarian leaders like Hitler, Lenin, and Stalin and it is telling that more people aren't concerned. How can one be concerned about something you know nothing about? Therein lies the problem. Americans by and large are not only uninformed, but so uninformed that they don't know that they are uniformed. One blogger snarkily expressed it like this:"You don’t have a clue. You’ve been living in the Matrix and don’t know what true Socialism/Communism is. You’ve never been taught Stalin or Mao. You think you want Socialism/Communism because you’ve been taught how unfair Capitalism and the free market are....The useful idiots that put Stalin and Mao in power thought the same." - Fox

To the clueless,there is fairness, justice and equality in spreading the wealth that was rewarded to the wealthy via capitalism. They can not fathom how the inherent unfairness of capitalism (which I consider health competition) drives the desire to improve, accomplish and achieve.
Social and Economic Justice are merely palatable synonyms for Socialism promulgated by the socialist elite and their minions.

So here is the problem --the Socialist elite have money and enough of it to place their operatives throughout the offices of Capitol and White House. The clueless become increasingly clueless and beget clueless children and that is exactly what the socialist elite want. Their goal is to ensure that the clueless remain dumb and indoctrinated by the public school systems, colleges and universities without any real knowledge of who is leading them and why.

So I will leave it to the reader to catch a clue.

President Barack Obama's Orwellian rhetoric has become absolutely pathological. And it's become so blatant that you can almost guarantee that the truth is the exact opposite of what he says. To wit:

The president insisted he had no intention of taking over Chrysler and General Motors.

He did.

The president calls "cap-and-trade" environmental legislation a "market-based" approach, based on "sound science."

It is not.

The president claims his health care reform plan is not "socialized medicine."

It is.

He claims it won't harm private insurance.

It will.

He claims service won't be rationed.

But to control costs as he proposes, it must be. (Even top aides concede the point.)

Mr. Obama says he supports "democracy" in Latin America.

How can he? He also supports the Marxist ways of Manuel Zelaya, legally removed from Honduras' presidency by the constitutional actions of the legislative and judicial branches.

And the examples of this president's mythography go on and on.

Some will dismiss Barack Obama's pronouncements merely as "rhetoric" and "posturing." "Everybody does it," they'll say. "It's politics."

But this is different and decidedly more dangerous: The president of the United States says one thing and does another and claims things that cannot possibly be.

President Obama is a veritable Marxist but Americans are either too afraid to say that which is politically incorrect, too ignorant to realize it, or so filled with animus towards the U.S that they couldn't care less.

Umm, yes. But here is what Andrew Thomas had to say over at American Thinker this morning (You know the drill my comments in red):

Contemporary liberals, having abandoned the belief in God-given inalienable rights, masochistically crave a worldly master. This master is a sadistic god-substitute who will provide the stern discipline needed to force economic equality and "fairness" by requiring painful sacrifices and bestowing government-created rights onto obedient and acquiescent groups of left-leaning masochists. (Flashback--yesterday's press-conference (although I'm not sure you could call it that since Pres. Obama didn't field any questions) where he tells us we will be required to "sacrifice".)

Of course, I am not referring to the sexual variety of masochism, but rather the recognized psychosis of moral masochism. Large segments of the population, and even entire nations can suffer from this illness as described in Daniel Rancour-Laferriere's book, "The Slave Soul of Russia: Moral Masochism and the Cult of Suffering". (Yes, black folks have begun to display framed pictures of the Obama's on the wall of their foyers. Just like the old folks used to display pictures of MLK, JFK and Jesus)

First, some re-definitions: In the same derogatory fashion liberals refer to contemporary Conservatives as "neocons", I will label this group as "neolibs" going forward. I feel this is appropriate, as the Liberal movement has taken a decidedly leftward leap and become more radicalized in their outward behavior in the last few years, and is therefore a new phenomenon.

In most conservative writing (Thomas Sowell, Ayn Rand, and more recently Mark Levin) the common theme is the sanctity of individual freedom and liberty. The conservative is an individualist and an independent thinker, as opposed to those who primarily identify themselves as members of a group. The term "conservative" is a misnomer for this philosophy, as it connotes a preservation of the status quo, or even a "regressive" yin to the "Progressive" yang. This is why I believe a more appropriate label for conservative philosophy is "individualist", and I will refer to it in this manner for the remainder of this article. (Somehow being an individualist and looking out for the concerns of yourself and your family has fallen out of vogue. It's more noble somehow to gleefully accept the Federal Government's extractions of your money in order to care for the needs of the collective.)

Next, a pop-psychology primer: individualists gravitate toward existential thinking, or a view of the world where individuals have complete freedom of choice and take full responsibility for the results of those choices. This mandates that choices must be made with a logical evaluation to determine the potential consequences. The impartial evaluation of phenomena to determine the truth is an offshoot of existentialism known as phenomenology. The phenomenologist is rational and emotionally detached from the subject of analysis, eliminating judgment and perception. Once the perceptions of reality are stripped away as much as possible, the phenomenologist then attempts to perform an insightful analysis of the object to determine what is real or "true". I believe that many individualists tend to be effective phenomenologists due to their ability to separate themselves from group-think and emotional judgment. Therefore, let's use the phenomenological process to analyze the "Neolib as masochist" theory. (Fancy that, a new word to describe conservative thought -- phenomenology. Henceforth I shall refer to myself as an phenomenologist.)

In our first analysis, we will impartially examine Neolib behavior. Objectively listen to Janeane Garofalo in the Youtube video linked to her name. In listening to neolibs such as Janeane speak, it is evident that they appear to be driven predominantly by emotion rather than logic. Just reviewing an alphabetical list of emotions, as extracted from a list in Wikipedia, lends itself to describing neolib behavior:

Contempt,
Despair,
Disgust,
Empathy,
Envy,
Guilt,
Hatred,
Hope,
Hostility,
Hysteria,
Rage,
Shame,
Suffering,
Worry.

Anyone who views the world through these emotions would naturally feel threatened when interpreting individualists' behavior. The neolib typically projects hatred, bigotry, selfishness, and greed onto the individualist when there is no physical evidence to support the interpretation. The strong passions exhibited by neolibs, coupled with delusions of persecution, foster these masochistic tendencies. (Delusions of persecution? Well, slavery wasn't an illusion but some are choosing to be "persecuted" by it in 2009 and taking the term "never forget" to a whole different dimension)

Now let's objectively review the initiatives in the neolib agenda: Environmentalism, global passivism, overpopulation, socialized healthcare, and promoting government intervention into all aspects of life. All of these priorities require individuals to sacrifice their lifestyles, their income, and/or their basic comforts. (I'm thinking that Obama supporters just don't see it that way....although I'm not sure how they rationalize it because the discourse never seems to advance beyond racism and the presumed "buck dancing" of the black conservative...ahem, I mean the black phenomenologist)

This past week, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi exhorted, "Every aspect of our lives must be subjected to an inventory..." in order to sacrifice ourselves to the gods of global warming. As presidential candidate Obama said, "We can't drive our SUVs and, you know, eat as much as we want and keep our homes on, you know, 72 degrees at all times..." He seems to indicate that he wants us to starve and freeze. (Well 72 degrees is hardly freezing but when it's 13 degrees outside I should be free to turn my thermostat to 82 degrees if I want to and as long as I'm paying the utility bill. It's very sad and rather astounding how many really smart people have bought into this global warming scam. I guess all it takes to convince the masses is a movie.)

Most of these initiatives involve the inflicting of pain and misery. Tom Daschle, in his book "Critical: What We Can Do About The Health Care Crisis" says health-care reform "will not be pain free" and that seniors should be more accepting of the conditions that come with age instead of having them treated. In other words, you will suffer a slow agonizing death under government mandate. (I think it's fascinating that the black quasi-socialist fundamentalist progressive racism chasers aren't all over this. I guess they think that as long as we have a black POTUS that black senior citizens will get preferential treatment under ObamaCare)

As a final phenomenological exercise, impassively observe the level of neolib support for this agenda. It has not appeared to wane. In fact, neolib fervor continues to increase as the promised level of suffering increases. (I fully expect Neolibs to lie about the level of suffering they either have or will experience. Over the Memorial day weekend I was in conversation with Neolib, racism chasing friends who declared that the quality of life was better for them under the Clinton administration than the Bush administration. Because I was in mixed company I fought with every fiber of my being not to call them liars but they were lying through their teeth! These fools purchased cars,boats, furs, Rolexes and more as the pulled equity out of their homes and lived LARGE. Now that the loans have reset and the mortgage payments have increased they are blaming George Bush. I guess these well educated black professionals of PG county were duped. It's couldn't be they made bad decisions based on greed or a desire to keep up with the Joneses or in their cases the "Washington's" - lol)

According to Rancour-Laferriere, increasing Russian masochism coincided with the rise of the Soviet Union and Communism, although it was pervasive in the soul of Russia prior to that. The conclusion to this analysis is that as neolib moral masochism increases, so does the emotional need for an all-powerful master to govern them. As the governing master becomes more dominant and disciplinarian, the masochism is reinforced and the spiral continues.
(Well, I know nothing about Russians but I do know that as long as those who identify as Christians adopt the basic tenets of liberalism and fail to confront and openly admonish behaviors that lead to failure over behaviors that lead to success in the name of "tolerance" then we will continue to "need" government assistance. So that there is no confusion I'll just say what I mean -- as long as we accept our daughter dressing up like little (or big) harlots; and accept and sometimes encourage our sons to have several girlfriends; as long as we allow our sons to impregnate women without marrying them; or as long as we take our daughter's to get birth control pills instead of instilling in them as early as possible to abstain until marriage; as long as we allow our sons to turn a buck by any means necessary rather than study and excel in school in order to go to college or the military then all manner socially undesirable manifestations will ensue which ultimately lead to dependence of the government either in the form of welfare or the prison system.)

Is there a cure? Self-destructive behavior is very difficult to overcome. Many years ago in an Abnormal Psychology class, I studied the case of a group of young adults who would continually pound their heads against a wall until they became bloody pulps. Psychologists found that the only thing that would interrupt their behavior was a 9,000 volt shock from a cattle prod. (I hope my little space in the blogosphere can serve as a ideological cattle prod)

This is probably an impractical solution. Since 45% of the nation thinks we are going in the right direction, there are too many neolibs and too few cattle prods.

Sultan Knish Asks What's Wrong with A Little Wealth Distribution Anyway?

Blogger Sultan Knish posted the following article today. You'll find my comments in red.

Word that the Obama Administration may have used its power over Chrysler's restructuring process to shut down dealerships whose owners donated to Republican candidates, while leaving open dealerships that donated to Obama is spreading across conservative blogs. But while this kind of abuse of government power is shocking, it really shouldn't be. (I really hope that this isn't true. Will we ever know? If it is true, how do you Obama supporters feel about that? Is corruption OK as long as it's Barack Obama...you know, retribution for all of the foulness of white politicians throughout the annals of time?)



Government is an engine of wealth redistribution, and when it gains control of businesses, it redistributes wealth in a way that benefits its supporters. That is what government always does, no matter how it disguises it.

That is why despite all the leftist wishful thinking in the world, centrally planned economies are corrupt, inept and inefficient. (Wishful thinking or just plain "back-azzward" thinking?)

The free market operates based on profit motive. A store owner's goal is to sell products in order to earn a profit. If he provides discounts, he has to do it based on an economic incentive, for example selling at a lower cost per unit to a purchaser who buys large quantities. A store owner who sells products at a lower price to Democrats and at a higher price to Republicans, or who sells at a lower price to whites and at a higher price to blacks... is hurting his own profit margins and so is really hurting himself. The profit motive "purifies" economic behavior in the free market to a degree. By contrast within government there is no "purifier", except the legal system, which is also controlled by the government. (Well, that's as it should be according to Obama and Sotomayor)

A government's economic behavior is controlled by politicians who have only one goal, Patronage. Politicians gain control of resources in order to reward their supporters. This takes the form of providing government contracts or jobs to the individual supporters. It also takes the form of providing general forms of aid targeted at their base, e.g. welfare, union jobs. (Most people understand this and acknowledge the truthfulness of this statement-- but fail to take it to it's logical conclusion as described in the next paragraph)

When government gains control of businesses, it naturally goes into wealth redistribution mode and begins providing patronage to the supporters of the ruling party. Communist countries are a example of the system taken to its limits, with the entire economy controlled by the ruling party and wealth distributed to supporters of the party, based on their level of support and affiliation. (I've concluded that while Obama supporters will acknowledge that most politicians are panderers and beholden in some form or another to some group or organization, they fail to acknowledge that the "love-child" of pandering/beholdeness and expanding government is soft tyranny. They seem incapable of connecting the dots when it comes to Obama)

The more wealth the Federal government took in and gave out, the more it got into the patronage business. And that corrupted the free market and the national economy. Where individual businesses have economic disincentives for practicing discrimination or handing out wasteful contracts, the government has none.

Where individual free market profit is economic in nature, governments spend money in order to reward supporters and expand their base of support. Everything the Obama regime has done is textbook Machiavelli, but it is also the inevitable result of letting the same government that has treated the national budget as a pork barrel take holds of banks and the auto industry. (Yet, Obama supporters are perplexed and wondering why "wingnuts" like yours truly won't get off of Obama's case. Makes you wonder who the real "wingnuts" are doesn't it?)

No doubt there is a long list of industries that Obama will be happy to "bail out", and by bail out, we mean of course spend billions in taxpayer owned debt to take over, carve up and hand out to their supporters.

The rape of the American auto industry by Obama and his henchmen was a classic case of a gang of politicians robbing the country blind in order to provide patronage to their backers, both at the union and the dealership level. But that is par for the course.

Obama promised to fix the capitalist arrogance of the free market with some wealth redistribution, which is a lot like a mugger telling you that he can cure your credit card debt by taking all your money. Now we're seeing just how far that mugging went and how many victims it's leaving behind. And we're not done yet.

If the initial phase was the mugging, the next phase is that the beating the mugger dished out transmitted a disease which is now in the veins of his victim. When government takes control of an industry, it immediately promotes rent seeking behavior in order to increase its own wealth and power. This naturally drives up the cost of everything, produces inferior products and adds layers on bureaucracy on top of everything. (Oh Joy! Hope and Change is Mother.....isn't it?)

CAFE and a big package of regulations will insure that Chrysler and GM produce cars that meet the standards of the left, and that no one will actually want to buy or drive. The government naturally will buy the cars, both for itself, and subsidize their purchase for the "disadvantaged." Sallie Mae and Freddie Mac will have an auto buddy who exists to insure the "right" of everyone to own a car, with loans to people who can't pay them, for cars they can't afford. If Obama gets his way, the US auto industry will wind up looking like its Soviet counterpart, a government subsidized white elephant that will benefit no one but politicians and their supporters. And it will once again serve as a textbook example of what's wrong with wealth redistribution, and how absolute government power over the free market, corrupts it absolutely into patronage. Nothing New Under The Sun...Ronald Reagan On Socialized Medicine

There is absolutely nothing new under the sun. The Statist, Socialist, Collectivist call them whatever you'd like have been trying to usurp the liberty this country provides for years. I keep stumbling upon more and more historical evidence to support this fact. Ronald Reagan delivered this speech in 1961 when he was still a private citizen decrying the dangers of socialized medicine. I don't know what is will take to convince these imbecilic Obama acolytes to look past their paranoia that people are coming against The Black Man and consider how the Obama Plan is disastrous. The effect of the "changes" he is implementing will linger long after his time in office.

Now back in 1927 an American socialist, Norman Thomas, six times candidate for president on the Socialist Party ticket, said the American people would never vote for socialism. But he said under the name of liberalism the American people would adopt every fragment of the socialist program. There are many ways in which our government has invaded the free precincts of private citizens, method of earning a living; our government is in business to the extent of owning more than 19,000 businesses covering 47 different lines of activity. This amounts to 1/5th of the total industrial capacity of the United States. (Sort of like the Chrysler, GM take over last week)

But at the moment I would like to talk about another one because this threat is with us, and at the moment, more imminent.

One of the traditional methods of imposing statism or socialism on a people has been by way of medicine. It’s very easy to disguise a medical program as a humanitarian project, most people are a little reluctant to oppose anything that suggests medical care for people who possibly can't afford it. Now, the American people, if you put it to them about socialized medicine and gave them a chance to choose, would unhesitatingly vote against it. We have an example of this. Under the Truman administration it was proposed that we have a compulsory health insurance program for all people in the United States, and, of course, the American people unhesitatingly rejected this. (Unfortunately, Mr. Reagan American are quite a bit stupider in 2009 than in 1961 and they don't let facts get in the way of their emotions)

So with the American people on record as not wanting socialized medicine, Congressman Ferrand introduced the Ferrand bill. This was the idea that all people of social security age, should be brought under a program of compulsory health insurance. This would not only be our senior citizens, this would be the dependents and those that are disabled, this would be young people if they are dependents of someone eligible for social security.

Now Congressman Ferrand, brought the program out on that idea out , on just for that particular group of people. But Congressman Ferrand was subscribing to this foot-in-the door philosophy, because he said, "If we can only break through and get our foot inside the door, then we can extend the program after that. Walter Ruth said, it’s no secret that the United Automobile Workers is officially on record of backing a program of national health insurance. And by national health insurance, he meant socialized medicine for every American. (Yep, that about sums up the unholy alliance of our Statist-in-Chief and the unions he is beholden to)

Now let us see what the socialist themselves have to say about it. They say once the Ferrand bill is passed this nation will be provided with a mechanism for socialized medicine capable of indefinite expansion in every direction until it includes the entire population. Now we can't say we haven't been warned. (Nope, we surely can't say that we haven't been, but again Mr. Reagan--Some folks are too invested in the success of Barack Obama and other are just too damn dumb to consider history...they are incapable of digesting information unless it's in 45 second sound byte form)

Now Congressman Ferrand is no longer a Congressman of the United States government. He has been replaced, not in the particular assignment, but in his backing of such a bill by Congressman King of California. It is presented in the idea of a great emergency that millions of our senior citizens are unable to provide needed medical care. But this ignores that fact that 127 million of our citizens, in just 10 years, have come under the protection of some form of privately owned medical or hospital insurance. (Yes, much like today's liberals would have you believe that people go without health care when in reality some people between the ages of 22-40 choose not to carry insurance because they are healthy, the poor are covered under medicaid and it's against the law for an emergency room to deny critical care due to lack of insurance. They tout this propaganda because the general populous accepts and recapitulates it.)

Now the advocates of this bill when you try to oppose it challenge you on an emotional basis and say,” What would you do?" "Throw these poor people out to die with no medical attention?"

That's ridiculous and of course no one is advocating it. As a matter of fact, in the last session of Congress a bill was adopted known as the Kerr/Mill bill. Now without even allowing this bill to be tried to see if it works, they have introduced this King bill, which is really the Ferrand bill.

What is the Kerr/Mills bill? It is the frank recognition of the medical need or problem of the senior citizens I have mentioned and it has provided from the federal government, money to the states and the local communities that can be used at the discretion of the states to help those people who need it.

Now what reason could the other people have for backing a bill which says we insist on compulsory health insurance for senior citizens on a basis of age alone regardless if they are worth millions of dollars, whether they have an income, whether they are protected by their own insurance, whether they have savings.

I think we can be excused for believing that as ex-congressman Ferrand said, this was simply an excuse to bring about what they wanted all the time; socialized medicine.

James Madison in 1788 speaking to the Virginia convention said, “since the general civilization of mankind, I believe there are more instances of the abridgement of the freedom of the people by gradual and silent encroachments of those in power than by violent and sudden usurpations.” (Well of course, but again we are not working with extremely thoughtful people at this point in time.They have abandoned all sensibilty for the prospect of "Hope & Change" -- poor dopes)

They want to attach this bill to social security and they say here is a great insurance program; now instituted, now working.

Let's take a look at social security itself. Again, very few of us disagree with the original premise that there should be some form of savings that would keep destitution from following unemployment by reason of death, disability or old age. And to this end, social security was adopted, but it was never intended to supplant private savings, private insurance, pension programs of unions and industries. (Many Americans didn't get this memo)

Now in our country under our free enterprise system we have seen medicine reach the greatest heights that it has in any country in the world. Today, the relationship between patient and doctor in this country is something to be envied any place. The privacy, the care that is given to a person, the right to chose a doctor, the right to go from one doctor to another.

But let's also look from the other side. The freedom the doctor uses. A doctor would be reluctant to say this. Well, like you, I am only a patient, so I can say it in his behalf. A doctor begins to lose his freedom, it's like telling a lie. One leads to another. First you decide the doctor can have so many patients. They are equally divided among the various doctors by the government, but then the doctors are equally divided geographically, so a doctor decides he wants to practice in one town and the government has to say to him he can't live in that town, they already have enough doctors. You have to go some place else. And from here it is only a short step to dictating where he will go. (Are you kidding me Mr. Reagan, who cares about RICH doctors losing their freedom?)

This is a freedom I wonder if any of us has a right to take from any human being. I know how I'd feel if you my fellow citizens, that to be an actor I had to be a government employee and work in a national theatre. Take it into your own occupation or that of your husband. All of us can see what happens once you establish the precedent that the government can determine a man's working place and his working methods, determine his employment. From here it is a short step to all the rest of socialism, to determining his pay and pretty soon your son won't decide when he's in school where he will go or what he will do for a living. He will wait for the government to tell him where he will go to work and what he will do. (Established precedents? What's that? Who has the energy or inclination to find out? Not many, especially if they are liberal democratic drones)

In this country of ours, took place the greatest revolution that has ever taken place in the world's history; the only true revolution. Every other revolution just exchanged one set of rulers for another. But here, for the first time in all the thousands of years of man's relations to man, a little group of men, the founding fathers, for the first time, established the idea that you and I had within ourselves, the God given right and ability, to determine our own destiny. This freedom is built into our government with safeguards. We talk democracy today, and strangely, we let democracy begin to assume the aspect of majority rules all that is needed. The majority rule is a fine aspect of democracy provided there are guarantees written in to our government concerning the rights of the individual and of the minority. ("The minority"? Racist. How dare you say "minority" Mr. Reagan! It doesn't matter what else you say, Black folks will not hear it because you had the unadulterated gall to say "minority". Of course I'm being sarcastic but I know how black folks think as a matter of fact I have volumes of documentation entombed in the comment section of this site)

What can we do about this? Well, you and I can do a great deal. We can write to our congressmen and our senators. We can say right now that we want no further encroachment on these individual liberties and freedoms. And at the moment, the key issue is, we do not want socialized medicine.

In Washington today, 40 thousand letters, less than 100 per congressman are evidence of a trend in public thinking. Representative Hallock of Indiana has said, "When the American people wants" something from Congress, regardless of its political complexion, if they make their wants known, Congress does what the people want. So write, and if this man writes back to you and tells you that he too is for free enterprise, that we have these great services and so forth, that must be performed by government, don't let him get away with it. Show that you have not been convinced. Write a letter right back and tell him that you believe government economy and fiscal responsibility, that you know governments don't tax to get the moneys the need; governments will always find a need for the money they get and that you demand the continuation of our free enterprise system. You and I can do this. The only way we can do it is by writing to our congressmen even we believe that he is on our side to begin with. Write to strengthen his hand. Give him the ability to stand before his colleagues in Congress and say that he has heard from his constituents and this is what they want. Write those letters now and call your friends and them to write. If you don't, this program I promise you, will pass just as surely as the sun will come up tomorrow and behind it will come other government programs that will invade every area of freedom as we have known it in this country until one day as Normal Thomas said we will wake to find that we have socialism, and if you don't do this and I don't do this, one of these days we are going to spend our sunset years telling our children and our children's children, what it once was like in America when men were free. You cannot change their mind even if you expose them to authentic information. Even if you prove that white is white and black is black, you still can not change the basic perception and the logic of behavior.

In other words [for] these people the process of demoralization is complete and irreversible. To rid society of these people you need another 15 or 20 years to educate a new generation of patriotically minded and common sense people who would be acting in favor and in the interests of United States society. (This is exactly what Manning Johnson, a 1940's Communist describes in his book Color, Communism and Common Sense. Mission accomplished in the Black America. ED: And yet these people who have been programmed and as you say [are] in place and who are favorable to an opening with the Soviet concept - these are the very people who would be marked for extermination in this country?

Simply because the psychological shock when they will see in [the] future what the beautiful society of EQUALITY and social justice means in practice, obviously they will revolt. Therefore America discriminates institutionally against women, nonwhites, working Americans, and the poor. The solution is for "community organizers" to rally the poor and minorities to demonstrate and demand political power so they will be given that which the government is "duty-bound" to give them since they have been "oppressed".)

The demoralization process in the United States is basically completed already for the last 25 years. Actually, it's over fulfilled because demoralization now reaches such areas where not even Comrade Andropov and all his experts would even dream of such tremendous success. Most of it is done by Americans to Americans thanks to lack of moral standards. As I mentioned before, exposure to true information does not matter anymore. A person who was demoralized is unable to assess true information. The facts tell nothing to him, even if I shower him with information, with authentic proof, with documents and pictures. ...he will refuse to believe it.... American Imperialism, Obama Style

James Lewis wrote the following article on American Thinker today:

The thing about imperialism is that it never looks like imperialism to the well-intentioned imperialists themselves. Most Soviet Russians were convinced they were just spreading peace and love to Eastern Europe and China, even with all their massed artillery and tanks. They knew in their hearts that the KGB State was just a temporary thing, until all the subject peoples could be educated enough to bring true Communism to earth.

They had that belief in common with the Roman legions, who conquered the world around the Mediterranean, and with Victorian missionaries in the Africa and India, who were also convinced they were just spreading civilization to the backward peoples of the earth.

What we are seeing today with Barack Obama is a triumph of Leftist Faith over the brute facts of history. The Left has managed to swallow its own bloody past in a capacious Black Hole. Instead, college kids are brought up today on Howard Zinn's A People's History of the United States, a totally one-sided tale of all the bad things done in America in the last four hundred years. Zinn's very title tells us that traditional American history was never about the real people. When our airhead Hollywood celebrities slam the United States, it's because they've been brought up on reams and reams of such self-hating stuff. They think they know the truth, when in fact their brains are just on the rinse and spin cycle.

True Leftists collect other people's injustices, one after the other, and rehearse them in their minds for years. That's how they define themselves mentally as The Good People and those who disagree with them as The Evil Ones. That's why they are so ready to demonize those who disagree. Like Barack and Michelle, they are utterly convinced of their own righteousness. But they end up pushing Marxist Imperialism.

So... Barack Obama is turning out to be a Socialist Imperialist -- all for highly moral reasons, needless to say. Those loving encounters with Chavez and Ortega mean that they are now alike in spirit. Listening to their standard rantings is not news for BO, because he can recite their story from memory.

Which means that they are all the indoctrinated victims of an amazingly angry, white German ideologue of the early 19th century, whose idea of the perfect society was a world-conquering Bismarckian Reich, where everything was dictated top-down by the self-appointed Ruling Class.

Guess what all the post-colonial regimes did in the Third World when the European colonists finally went back home? Post-colonial rulers were mostly Marxists of one kind or another, because they went to elite schools in London, Paris and Moscow where Europe's Ruling Class receives its basic indoctrination.

Jawaharlal Nehru tried to impose British Fabian Imperialism on India, with disastrous results. Kwame Nkrumah tried it with Ghana, Jomo Kenyatta in Kenya. In the Arab world, Gamal Abdel Nasser tried to impose secular Arab Nationalism with a socialist bent on Egypt, Syria and Libya. Robert Mugabe is still practicing post-colonial socialism in the former Zimbabwe, now locked in miserable regime-imposed racial scapegoating, poverty, and famine.

But all the post-colonial tyrants were beyond criticism by the Left, because they were black or brown, or just tanned. Even today the Left can't bring itself to denounce Mugabe and the Sudanese genociders, no matter what they do. That's why 100 nations in Durban this week denounced Israel for being racists. Africans, Arabs, Chinese, Indians can't be racists even if they are. That's why Obama can't even bring himself to denounce black slavery in Africa and the Middle East. Just the opposite. King Abdullah the desert camel raider received a deep and respectful bow from our President, an absolute first in American history.

So all over the world, post-colonial rulers took the European Imperialism of Marx and tried to slap it on top of the underdeveloped world. Pol Pot was trained in France by the French Communist Party, and decided to be really revolutionary back in Cambodia by killing a couple of million ordinary folk, especially the dangerous intellectuals -- those who wore glasses. Mao Zedong learned his craft in Moscow, the old Imperial capital of the Czars.

The star students of Europe's elite institutions spread their neo-Imperialist faith to the Third World. But none of it worked, except to keep the post-colonial tyrannies in luxury and power. That is why radical Islam has made a comeback -- because post-colonial socialism broke down. Islamist rage is a reaction to the secular Marxist Imperialism preached by post-colonial governments. But guess what? Radical Islam is just Imperialism under another color. The flags change, the slogans change, Imperialism doesn't.

Today's United Nations marches under the banner of Saving Planet Earth, a Green slogan pioneered in ... lily-white Europe. The global warming fraud is a classic imperialist propaganda campaign, designed to empower Green Imperialism. It's hardly a secret. Ask Maurice Strong and Gyorgyi Soros.

After the fall of the Soviet Union, some of the underdeveloped regions discovered their own free market dynamism -- since trade and individual initiative are pretty universal human traits. Eastern Europe, parts of China, and some Latin American and African countries began to rise from poverty. They discovered their own strengths.

And then the Marxist Imperialists regrouped and took one-party power again -- in Venezuela, in Nicaragua, maybe in Brazil.

Those are Barack Obama's good buds, because Obama is basically a post-colonial racial socialist. That's why Dreams from My Father celebrates his Kenyan Socialist dad, and not his white Kansas mother. President O is a Socialist Imperialist by ideology, but one who never quite grokked why Jomo Kenyatta's Socialism just brought misery to Kenya.

But we're not supposed to call their ideology Socialist Imperialism. According to Lenin, Socialists can't be Imperialists. On the Left, Lenin's opinion on that issue is considered to be final.

So ... the President of the United States is on an anti-Imperialist apology tour to Europe, Trinidad and Tobago, and soon, the Middle East. But since deep down he's a Marxist Imperialist, this is really an anti-Imperialist US Imperialist tour.

Got that?

The question is which countries have grown enough political wisdom to see through the layers and layers of bull. If they get suckered by the latest (racialist) version of Marxism, it will come back to haunt them. Ideology doesn't feed children, as even the Fidelistas now know. It ends up squeezing people dry.

Ultimately, decent government requires an involved and thinking population. That is, if we believe Lincoln's words that you can't fool all the people all of the time.

Mr. Lewis, I fear that as long as PSBO's lips are moving his supporters will not awaken. Although I hesitate to use this perjorative but a large majority of Obama acolytes are just plain stupid and it is easy to dupe stupid people. There is no other explanation for their continued support of him! PSBO is a congenial liar. He said he was going to post every piece of legislation on line for five days for public scrutiny before signing anything into law. He was going to take his red pen and line out earmarks from every piece of legislation yet he signs an 1,100 page, $850 billion stimulus bill, with 8,500 earmarks within 24 hours of it's delivery without even reading it. He promised that there would be no lobbyists in his administration. Well, I guess that depends on what the definition of “no” is. He campaigned in Florida, assuring Jewish voters of his commitment to Israel yet he sent millions in aid to Hamas and he wants to "be nice" to Iran whose leadership is dedicated to the destruction of Israel. He was proud to be an American while campaigning, yet he is now so embarrassed and ashamed of his country as President and feels the need to apologize for America to the likes of Hugo Chavez and bow from the waist to the King of Saudi Arabia! He releases CIA information gathering techniques which does not exactly make us more secure does it? He says that he isn't going to pursue prosecution of the Bush Administration yet Eric Holder is bring charges against those higher ups in the Bush administration and saying that the US tortured political prisoners. Yet, his supports say "give him a chance". How long will it be before this nation changes the words of the pledge of allegiance from "I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America" to "I pledge allegiance to Barack Obama". We may as well change it because it has already taken place in the hearts of stupid Obama acolytes.

I think I should explain what I feel is the difference between "the stupid" and "the liberal". The liberal will look at the facts, in fact he will stared down the barrel of reality and deny it as truth--that's not stupid--that's pretty crafty actually. You cannot spend your way out of recession or borrow your way out of debt. And when you repeat in that wooden and perfunctory way that our situation is better than others, that we're well placed to weather the storm, I have to tell you, you sound like a Brezhnev era apparatchik giving the party line. You know and we know, and you know that we know that it's nonsense! Everyone knows that Britain is worse off than any other country as we go into these hard times. The IMF has said so. The European Commission has said so. The markets have said so, which is why our currency has devalued by 30%, and soon the voters, too, will get their chance to say so. They can see what the markets have already seen, that you are the devalued prime minister of a devalued government.

Democracy Is The Road To Socialism - Who Knew? by JB Williams

Thomas Jefferson correctly warned against "democracy" as a form of self-governance, properly defining it as "nothing more than mob rule, where fifty-one percent of the people may take away the rights of the other forty-nine."

Marx's proletariat, the working class, organized by trade unions and trained to vote themselves gifts from the public trough, replacing the representative republic with a pure democracy via rewritten history and ideologically redefined words, will rule by simple majority mob, forcing its will upon the minority, the American taxpayer.

Once fully indoctrinated in entitlement mentality and taught to vote themselves access to the public trough, the proletariat could be counted upon to use their democratic power to install socialism, - (in Marxist theory) the stage following capitalism in the transition of a society to communism, characterized by the imperfect implementation of collectivist principles.

And so it is, a brief 233 years after the birth of the greatest free nation ever known to mankind.

And so, in 2006 and 2008, the people democratically selected what they perceive to be useful scoundrels. Politicians they believe to be of their ilk, serving the proletariat interest, pandering to their entitled desires. The press told them that Obama was the "messiah" who would free them from their mortgages, car payments and economic limitations.

It took congressional leftists almost a hundred years to dig the nation a trillion dollars in debt via an endless stream of social programs aimed at engineering the perfect society where anything goes and only the taxpayer is responsible.

It took the new "messiah" and an unbridled Democratic Socialist congress lead by the Congressional Progressive Caucus, only sixty days in power to quadruple that figure, burying the entire nation in over $4 trillion in taxpayer debt and destroying what was left of the free market system that has fed the world for two hundred years.

The enormous spending spree will result in massive taxation; the printing of trillions in unsupported funny money will drive the US currency down to the value of a peso.

The bourgeoisie, (in Marxist theory) the class that, in contrast to the proletariat or wage-earning class, is primarily concerned with property values; will be crushed between the millstones of taxation and inflation, as the federal need for more private assets to keep pace with the skyrocketing cost of social engineering, strips away every last freedom from the only people in the nation capable of picking up the tab, the minority, the taxpayer.

Barack Obama is not president of the United States. He is to America, what Hugo Chavez is to Venezuela. He was elected as Chavez was elected, by a hungry proletariat class seeking free unfettered access to other people's assets. He was elected by "mob rule," and he is governing by "mob rule," just as Thomas Jefferson had warned against.

K thru 12 education is controlled by the teachers union and the ACLU, both of which are progressive operations within the Democratic Socialist movement.

Every national policy under the sun is controlled by CFR, the Council on Foreign Relations, with focus upon how US policies affect the balance of the world, instead of on how best to protect and preserve a constitutional representative republic.

The kids are no longer insulted by terms like "socialist" or "communist." They know nothing negative about these terms. They have been taught that only capitalism is evil, based upon greed.

As a result, they see people in search of other people's assets as "charitable" and those who only desire a right to what they earn, as "greedy." Their minds have been twisted inside out. They were so focused on "change" that they never stopped to ask what kinds of "change." They were so excited to elect the first "black" president that they never stopped to find a "black" candidate.

Barack Hussein Obama is half white and 7/16 Arab, being only 1/16 African. They knew he had ties to domestic terrorists like William Ayers. They knew he had spent twenty years as a member of the most racist church in America. They knew that despite his somewhat moderate sounding campaign rhetoric, his voting record was that of the most far left extreme member of the US Senate. They didn't care about any of it....

The Point of No Return

From a trillion in debt to $4 trillion in debt in a matter of six weeks in power.

From keeping international terrorists on the run to welcoming them to US streets and criminal courts; From recognizing the world's most dangerous regimes to begging for friendship with the world's most dangerous regimes; From ACORN voter and election fraud to ACORN partnership with the White House in an effort to manipulate the census and forever change national elections by way of redistricting.

From public outrage over blatant illegal immigration to full amnesty and voting rights for illegal invaders, who will then be signed to labor unions and DNC voter rolls by the millions, making certain that only Democrats can win national elections for the balance of this century, or until such time that the people revolt.

The election of Barack Obama marks the passing of the point of no return. There is no peaceful means of reversing the current daily assault on all things American. People who thought they could let the country fall into enemy hands only to regain control in 2010 or 2012, were complete fools.

They don't need you and they don't want you. They want you to shut up and take it in the shorts and learn to like it. They want you to go away. It's only your assets, they want.

Capitalism, aka economic freedom, is something to be despised and destroyed. The individual is nothing. The greater communal good trumps every individual liberty. Freedom from religious expression trumps freedom of religious expression. The people's right to your stuff trumps your right to your own stuff.

The people now have "change." Whether or not it is the change they desired, or thought they were voting for, it is here now and there is no turning back.

Democratic Socialists don't need a single Republican vote in the House and they can buy the few they need in the Senate. Republicans are powerless to stop any of it. They are far too divided to work as a unit anyway.

The coming Revolt!

The people will one day revolt against these anti-American leaders. How soon? How violently? These are the only remaining questions...

How much must the people lose before they refuse to lose any more? How much can the left take away from the right before the right refuses to let them take any more? How much must they destroy before Americans gain the courage to take a united stand against them? How long will the people fund evil before they refuse to fund it any longer?

Nobody knows the answers to these questions. Only time will provide the answers.

But one thing is certain; although bullets are not yet flying, America is at war within. The full frontal assault on all things American is quickening. The left is in a rush to dismantle America before the people can wake up and react. Freedom, Liberty, speech, religion, guns, sovereignty and security are all under daily attack.

Freedom will one day reign again in America, but how soon and at what expense?

Karl Marx said "Democracy is the road to socialism." He was right. Now the people will have to learn what's wrong with socialism, the hard way.

This could get ugly. What's unfortunate is that these are valid concerns but Obama acolytes will charge that voicing these concerns as fear-mongering and/racist rather than considering how this will effect a this country that they and their children call home. It's sad because the decisions that are being made for us today in the house and senate will have long-term ramifications that will negatively affect our children and grandchildren.
