What We Have Here Is A Jeremiah 1:16 Situation

I will pronounce my judgments on my people because of their wickedness in
forsaking me, in burning incense to other gods and in worshiping what their
hands have made (Jeremiah 1:16)

I have been thinking about Oprah Winfrey's, Beyonce's, and various other celebrity comments about how Barack has inspired them, made them "better" people and on and on and on. I've concluded that celebrities are bit touched anyway so perhaps one can not place too much credence on their comments. But what is most disturbing to me are the ordinary folks who are literally worshiping Obama. Women overcome with emotion because Obama has brought us to the Promised Land.

Jay Stapleton of the National Prayer Ministry addresses this and directs us to consider the Book of Jeremiah...He titled this video "America Has Forsaken God - and Is Embracing A Man, in His Place" ....

Laura said...: I think that so many people are so swayed by Obama because they are manipulated by the main stream media. It's sad how many people trust nameless faceless newspaper publishers and copy editors who clearly have an agenda.

With all due respect to this great I am not sure that he could have imagined the day where:

"Non-justice" is delivered by the hands of favorable officials with racial diversity that realize "Black on Black violence" is not seen as "violent" as other modalities
Where allowing "ignorance to prevail" is a favorable strategy for the retention of power by those who position themselves as saviors
Where "conspiracy theories" are effective tools to allow people to remain unified against an external threat - even when it has moved away and they are all by themselves - otherwise having to manage the human resources before them toward a more conscious end.

In this environment - Robbery, the oppression of intimidation, and degradation put in the form of a music genre lead to an inevitable condition of insecurity for persons and property.
