We've Got A Serious Hosea 4:6 Situation Here

Hosea 4:6 says: "My people are destroyed from lack of knowledge" I am no prophet but the handwriting is on the wall. Check out this video and to see how knowledgeable Americans are...

The sad part is that when factual information is presented it is rejected because one can't let facts get in the way of HOPE and CHANGE.

So is yet another attempt to disseminate information:

Update or P.S.-- Hat Tip to Lormarie at www.lormarie.com who shared a video of equally as ignorant McCain\Palin supporters check it out at:

Very true. I'd also point out that many McCain supporters lack knowledge as well: http://lormarie.com/2008/10/11/mccain-supporters-should-really-be-embarrassed/

Lomarie~Point taken. Each camp has it's share of embarrasingly uninformed constituents.

I have added a link to your site and this video to the original post and thank you for sharing it with me.

That video is amazingly consistent with some other "man-on-the-street" interviews, including this one, done by a Howard Stern surrogate.

While Stern's a weird guy, THIS video is even MORE unbelievable...this fellow Sal Governale goes to Harlem and asks people why they support Barack Obama, while attributing McCain's positions to Obama's - without missing a beat the people went with the McCain positions as why they support Barack Obama.

I agree it, BUT I also have to express some understanding, although no fondness for this kind of ethnic politics.

My Mom is Northern Italian, my Dad was Irish...I grew up NEITHER. I was always told that I was "American."

BUT I have seen misguided self-proclaimed Conservative people of Irish and Italian descent, vote for the likes of Ted Kennedy and Mario Cuomo, so I fully understand black Americans being filled with an ethnic pride that overrides any ideological considerations.

That may be sad (to me it is, although I've never held any specific ethnic identity) and it IS certainly self-destructive, especially if you realize that Liberalism is anathema to individual liberty, private property rights, etc., I can see where "ethnic pride" CAN override all other (reasonable) considerations.

In short, their being no different than many others of various other groups have been.

Not an excuse for short-sighted behavior, just an observation on my part.
