I received the comment below from a reader in response to the blog post Thank You Mr. President For Finally Releasing Your Long Form Birth Certificate:

Wow...you are a pathetic idiot. This man has nothing to hide. The only reason he waited so long was not to legitimize people who tried to claim he wasn't a real American. The funny thing is that with all the documents and witnesses Obama will be able to get, there are still many in this world who will not believe he is a true American because at the end of the day he is black.

Bottom line, if his mother is a U.S citizen and he was born in the U.S, he is a U.S citizen. You are legitimizing the claims of people who would never vouch for your BLACK @$$ boo boo. Unfortunately this is not your cause. Are you one of those idiots who believe that a man who graduated in the top 5% of his class at Harvard didn't deserve to be there too? If you were a truly educated women you would have already had some form of experience with the above mention racism in college or high school. And please don't tell me that you're one of those blacks that decry Affirmative Action.

It's a shame that we have so many black people criticizing a black person who is trying to do positive things. Please don't start saying race doesn't matter and I'll vote and think w/o race in mind, because at the end of the day this affects you and your children. It is disadvantageous for you as a black woman not consider race, because at the end of the day most people will consider race when they consider you.

How the black community reacts to Pres.Barack Obama affects how much the larger community feels they can REVEAL about how they feel about Obama. It would be nice to live in a world where blacks could be differentiated, but that is sadly not the case, and the success of this presidency has implications for the obstacles faced in front of blacks in the generations to come.

People complain, but overall if you were to list everything he has done over these few years you would see a very massive list with practically everything he had promised to do. Don't project your hate and issues with black men and women on our president. Get over your daddy issues see things objectively.

I suspect that you are one of those blacks that felt they never meshed with blacks around them. And you've decided to mesh with a group of whites within an ideology that uses you as little more than a tool and a puppet, that would have little use for you if we didn't have a black president or you were no longer willing to stick to the script(i.e. Michael Steele). Whites love a good black-on-black squabble, and you are really pleasing them right now."

Because I don't have time to respond individually to the same indictments and because my response was too long for the comment section of my blog, I'm posting my response here. So I invite all of you Obama Lovin' folks to read this and think twice before wasting your time and mine with inane ad hominem attacks.

I find it fascinating how you conclude that I'm a pathetic idiot because I don't pledge blind allegiance to Obama because he is a black(ish) man. This speaks more to your low frequency of intellectual activity than it does to mine. Not one of you Black Quasi-Socialist Progressive-Fundamentalist Racism Chasers who have commented in this tread has dared address the posted article -- Why is that? Really? Like what? Please expound on this for me? As far as I can tell he is like Bush on steroids. I'm honestly confounded as to why Republicans don't love this blood thirsty war monger.

First of all "Boo-Boo"  (isn't that what you called me?)the fool, there is a difference between a Natural Born Citizen and a Naturalized citizen. If you had read the article or gleened any intelligence other than the Tom Joyner Morning Show or The Steve Harvey Show you would know this (dumb ass). Obama touts that he is a Constitutional scholar and as such surely he was aware that because of Article II, Section I, Paragraph 5 (Presidential Clause)of the Constitution his eligibility would be questioned. Why, because the definition of Natural Born Citizen is obscure. Secondly, your "positive" president was adopted as a minor by Lolo Sotero (which is why he went by the name of Barry Sotero)and there was no dual citizenship allowed in Indonesia at the time that he moved there. As I mention in the blog post which you clearly didn't read, a parent can't terminate the citizenship of a minor but this still doesn't hold mustard because

the Nationality Act of 1940, revised 1952, Section 318(a) states, “A former citizen of the United States expatriated through the expatriation of such person’s parent or parents and who has not acquired the nationality of another country by any affirmative act other than the expatriation of his parent or parents may be naturalized upon filing a petition for naturalization before reaching age of Twenty-Five [25] years and upon compliance with all requirements of the naturalization laws with the following exceptions:  (b) No former citizen of the United States, expatriated through the expatriation of such person’s parent or parents shall be obliged to comply with the requirements of the immigration laws, if he has not acquired the nationality of another country by any affirmative act other than the expatriation of his parent or parents, and if he has come or shall come to the United States before reaching the age of twenty-five years. (c) After his naturalization such person shall have the same citizenship status as if he had not been expatriated.”

Well guess what? Your black(ish) president renewed his Indonesian Passport after the age of 18 which is an affirmative act, as he had to swear allegiance to another Country (Indonesia) in order to obtained the renew passport.  Obama renewed his Indonesian Passport when he traveled to Pakistan that is why he had to stop in Indonesia first.  Remember, in 1981, his White mama (funny how you racism chasers keep forgetting that he had one of those) was divorcing Soetoro in Hawaii and was not in Indonesia.  Obama admits to traveling to Indonesia first and then onto Pakistan.  Obama claims in his book Dreams from My Father that he stopped in Indonesia to visit his mother.  But again, his mother was not in Indonesia, she was in Hawaii  divorcing Lolo Soetoro (see her passport records courtesy of your stupid compatriot "Old School Oldies" who thought she was "educating me" by posting a link to it in the comment tread....lol)  In addition, the State Department has stated in response to a FOIA [Freedom of Information] request that they do not have a U.S. Passport application on file for Barack H. Obama.” So your Boi is a liar!!!

So, Jina before you come on this tread and try to indict me -- Get your damn facts straight!!! Ok?

Finally and for the record -- I have no "Daddy" issues. Don't project the dysfunction of your personal life onto me. Neither do I seek knowledge and truth for the benefit of "white people love". I have an incredibly loving family (all of whom are black) and it is their love and approval that matters to me. In fact, it is precisely because of this love and support that I don't have to pledge blind allegiance to dishonorable, deceitful, dishonest, evasive, fork-tongued, rogue black politicians and most especially black(ish) politicians simply because they are black or black(ish). I am free enough and secure enough in my person to evaluate people on the content of their character. Hopefully, one day you will be woman enough to do the same.

Thank You Mr. President For Finally Releasing Your Long Form Birth Certificate

President Obama finally released his long-form birth certificate this morning. I can't help wondering why he spent millions of  taxpayers dollars to suppress it in the first place. Neither can I fathom why his passport records, international travel documentation  and academic records are sealed. I believe with every fiber of my being that he has something to hide.

I have always maintained that whether or not he was born in this Hawaii, he is Constitutionally ineligible to hold the office of  POTUS because he was adopted by Lolo Soetero and moved to Indonesia in 1967 at a time when there was no dual citizenship. Therefore upon his return to the US he would be a Naturalized citizen and not a natural born citizen at that point. However, I have since learned that a parent can not renounce the U.S. Citizenship of a minor child under Immigration and Nationality Act (INA). So, there goes that theory.  Now I can only say that if the document released is authentic (which I doubt) what was the big deal in the first place? Why did he wait so long? And, when will we see his passport? How was he able to go to Pakistan in 1981 when Americans were prohibited from traveling there unless he went as a citizen of Indonesia?

Nonetheless, on the birth certificate Obama's father is listed as "African" (I question why in 1961 it wouldn't read negro or black) and this does not help plead the case for his eligibility if we consider the definition of "Natural Born" citizen. The article below explains:

The definition of a birther is: Birther--noun--a person who believes - against evidence - that Barack Obama was born outside of the United States.
By definition I am not a birther. I do not believe or disbelieve that Barack Hussein Obama Jr. was born outside of the United States. I readily admit that I do not know where BHO Jr. was born. However, both BHO Jr. and his closest family friends like Hawaii Governor Neil Abercrombie vociferously allege that BHO Jr. was born in Hawaii to Barack Hussein Obama Sr. and Stanley Ann Dunham.

If we take BHO Jr. at his word then there is no doubt that he is not a Natural Born Citizen of the United States as required by the Presidential Qualifications Clause of Article II Section 1 Paragraph 5 of the United States Constitution. The Constitution requires that to be the President of the United States, a person must be born in the United States of two parents who are citizens of the United States. By BHO Junior’s own admission his father was a British/Kenyan subject (citizen) at the time of his birth. Thus BHO Jr. is disqualified for the Presidency. (emphasis added by CBW)

There is a clear, concise definition of the term "Natural Born Citizen" in Vattel's Law of Nations which was the principal legal reference book used by the Founding Fathers in writing the Constitution.

"The natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens...it is necessary that a person be born of a father who is a citizen; for, if he is born there of a foreigner, it will be only the place of his birth, and not his country."
There have been innumerable United States Supreme Court Decisions that have referenced Vattel’s Law of Nations as a resource in interpreting the original intent of the Founding Fathers when writing the Constitution.

The following are a few of the cases that have reiterated Vattel’s definition of the meaning of the term, Natural Born Citizen.

In the Venus Case, 12 U.S. 8 Cranch 253 253 (1814), Justice Livingston, who wrote the unanimous decision, quoted the entire §212 paragraph from the French edition of Vattel’s Law of Nations:
"Vattel who…is more explicit and more satisfactory on it than any other whose work has fallen into my hands, says:
The citizens are the members of the civil society; bound to this society by certain duties, and subject to its authority, they equally participate in its advantages. The natives (natural born citizens) or indigenes are those born in the country of parents who are citizens. Society not being able to subsist and to perpetuate itself but by the children of the citizens, those children naturally follow the condition of their fathers, and succeed to all their rights.

The inhabitants, as distinguished from citizens, are strangers who are permitted to settle and stay in the country. Bound by their residence to the society, they are subject to the laws of the state while they reside there, and they are obliged to defend it…"
Justice Story ruled in Shanks v. Dupont, 28 U.S. 3 Pet. 242 242 (1830), ‘If she was not of age, then she might well be deemed under the circumstances of this case to hold the citizenship of her father, for children born in a country, continuing while under age in the family of the father, partake of his national character as a citizen of that country. Her citizenship, then, being prima facie established, and indeed this is admitted in the pleadings…"

In Minor v. Happersett , 88 U.S. 162 (1875), Chief Justice Morrison Waite delivered the opinion of the Supreme Court, "The Constitution does not in words say who shall be natural-born citizens. Resort must be had elsewhere to ascertain that. At common law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners."

Justice Gray ruled in United States v. Wong Kim Ark, 169 U.S. 649 (1898), "At common law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children, born in a country of parents who were its citizens, became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives, or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners."

A reading of the above referenced United States Supreme Court Cases coupled with a reading of Vattel’s clear and concise definition of a Natural Born Citizen in his monumental work, Law of Nations, leaves no doubt that Barack Hussein Obama Jr. is not constitutionally qualified to be the President of the United States of America.
Unfortunately for all Americans, the Supreme Court of the United States of America has yet to rule on the definition of a Natural Born Citizen as it pertains to the Presidency of the United States. It is not as some say that the Supreme Court has heretofore evaded or avoided the opportunity to achieve greatness and rule on this most profound constitutional issue of first impression. Rather it is that no Justices in the history of American jurisprudence have had this momentous fate thrust upon them. As always, I have an unvanquished trust that these "just" men and women will seize the fate before them and make an everlasting first and foremost impression on the future of the Greatest Nation in the History of Mankind.

Media Blackout....Again! Robert Gibbs Refuses To Answer A Simple Question Regarding The SSN of the POTUS

Lester Kinsolving, a reporter for World Net Daily and now the second most senior member of the White House Press Corps asked a very simple question about President Obama's social security number on Thursday June 10,2010. Not only did Mr. Gibbs not answer the question -- but Gibbs dodged the question entirely by diverting, then ridiculing, then attacking. See below:




This is disturbing on so many levels that I hardly know where to begin...

The Correspondents

Did you notice the expressions on their faces when Mr. Kinsolving asked the questions? He asked two uncomplicated, straightforward, reasonable questions,"Why is the President using a social security number reserved for Connecticut applicants?" and "Do you know or have any record of the President ever having a mailing address in Connecticut?" Why would the Press Corps be annoyed by such  questions? I'm also wondering why the guy in the front row felt compelled to walk out just after the first  question?
Are these journalist too lazy to explore or at the very least seek to debunk the claim that President Obama is using a social security number of a deceased Connecticut man who would be 120 years old today? Are they under the mistaken impression that they are too intellectually and/or  politically astute to entertain such claims? If so, how shamefully arrogant they are! Or could it be that they have been ordered to ignore, reject, and keep their mouths shut or lose their jobs?  If so,  by whom? Whatever the reason, We The People are mislead, misguided and misinformed in the process. If the press is not free, then WE are not free. BTW, the video now on C-Span has been scrubbed and Mr. Kinsolving's question is curiously absent.

Robert "I, I, I, Um, Um, Um"Gibbs

Gibbs never answered the questions. Instead, knowing that the dumbed down American public have been systematically "conditioned" by the propaganda they have been "conditioned" to think is "news" to dismiss those identified as truthers as racist, right-wing, conspiracy kooks, he brings up the birth certificate issue (which is a legitimate yet demonized issue). He followed the typical tract of an individual who is hiding something....deflect, ridicule, and attack. So, although Mr. Kinsolving wasn't asking about the birth certificate, he conceded that it would be great if he could see it to which Gibbs told a bold-faced lie straight from the pit of hell. He claims that he not only saw Obama's real birth certificate, but he posted it online. Everyone within earshot of that lie should have been infuriated at how stupid this White House and it's inhabitants think we are! He posted a certificate of live birth not a birth certificate and even that was proven to be a forgery!

The level of corruption we are witnessing at this time is astounding, absolutely astounding. God help us.
