National Health Care Is A Trick. Will You Be Duped?

Denmark Versey, self described blackest man on the internet wrote National Health Care Is A Trick. The Slaves of The Modern Era Will Be Bound Not With Chains But With Pills & Debt (Redux) and deconstructs how and why some people (especially Ohama sychophants) are so easily duped. What a clever guy.....

"Denmark Vesey said ...
After the Emancipation Proclamation, only a handful of freed slaves immediately separated themselves from their former masters. Lacking either the resources or will to be free, the vast majority elected not to leave the security and safety of the plantation.

These partially emancipated slaves (sharecroppers) transitioned to a new economic and political reality, that bound them to the land, made them politically impotent, and kept them in perpetual debt. Stuck in the matrix of a simultaneously adversarial yet completely dependent relationship with the Plantation, these people became the first Plantation Negros.

The Plantation Negro reasoned, at least he could eat, even though he was not free. They were fed a diet designed to keep them alive, while costing the plantation as little as possible. However, early plantation negros were resilient and resourceful. They were able to supplement their diets with organic vegetables and naturally raised animals.

As the summer of the agrarian era evolved into a cold industrial winter, Plantation Negros developed relationships with the Factory. In exchange for safety and security, the Factory ensured the Plantation Negro a home. However, he remained politically impotent and as he was integrated into the culture of consumption, he became increasingly in debt.

Again, the Plantation Negro reasoned even though he was not free, at least he could eat. Tragically, now living in urban areas, the Plantation Negro was not able to supplement his diet by working the earth. The Factory filled this void by manufacturing cheap processed food which destroyed the organs of Plantation Negros and made disease inevitable. Now, added to the cost of housing and food, the Plantation Negro suddenly found himself saddled by something called Health Care costs.

What promised to be the spring of the Digital era witnessed a change in the relationship between the Plantation Negro and the Factory. It became a relationship between the Plantation Negro and the Corporation. In exchange for safety and security, the Plantation Negro was able to get multiple mortgages, credit cards, and school loans so the Plantation could educate his children.

Although he remained politically impotent and in insurmountable debt the Plantation Negro reasoned he could at least get Health Care.

As the bubble of the Digital era pops, the Plantation Negro finds himself wading in the tumultuous waters of economic upheaval, social collapse and an impending tsunami of disease. The Plantation that became the Factory which became the Corporation is now masquerading as the Government.

In exchange for safety and security, the Government provides housing by insuring mortgages, it finances debt and educates children. As an extension of its patronage, the Corpaorate / Government will continue to feed Plantation Negros an increasingly toxic diet of genetically modified food and prescription drugs, that not only makes them sick, but appears to sterilize the Plantation Population as well.

This year the Plantation / Factory / Corporate / Government is introducing a new product. It is called National (Plantation) Health Care. Sadly Plantation Negros think the same people who poisoned them are actually offering an antidote."

I am in the unigue position of being born in the UK but grew up in the US.
So I have lived under both tpes of of health service.
And I would say on both sides there are flaws and plusses.
I am now back in the UK where I have NHS but I top it up with private medical as well.
I have a nephew in the States who has Sickle Cell. Right now he is covered under his parents private medical. But when he turns 18 and goes of to college, my brother is finding it hard to find any company that will take him. As he has a pre-existing condition.

Ivyalf~It's true that our healthcare system isn't perfect. It is also true that a government "takeover" is not the answer.

Not knowing in what state your brother resides I'm not sure whether or not this applies but in my state no one is denied "group" insurance coverage. Now the company (group) pays a higher premium and some procedures may not be covered because of a preexisting condition but healthcare is not denied. Which means that some procedures you have to pay for out of pocket--well hell that's life. If you want a new car, or big screen TV you pay for those items out of pocket, or make arrangement and so it goes with pre-existing conditions. The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA) of 1996 limits employer plans ability to exclude coverage for pre-existing conditions.

This new health care bill isn't about "health care" at all. It's a power grab.

PunkAzzParents aka Attorneymom~I have just decided that I may post your video series but not before I can go through it and write commentary on the entire series. Here is why...Essentially, I am troubled by the fact that you refer to yourself as a "niggah", and generally while I agree with alot of Dr. Manning's content his delivery is offensive. You write:
"You are discriminating against me because I am a Conservative (House Negro) with Field Negro (Ghetto) tendencies.

I think AM that you misunderstand the Plantation matrix or at least my interpretation thereof. First of all the "Conservative" blacks have left the plantation. They can not be found in the house or the field. Let me identify to you who the house negros are and who the field negros are:

House Negro: Barack Obama, most Congressional Black Caucus members, or any black person who organizes and advocates for detrimental government entitlement programs in the name of benevolence but who are not personally effected by these detrimental programs. House negroes are elites who have power. Because they love said power they have a vested interest in holding on to said power he/she convinces the field negro the he/she is their advocate. He convinces the field negro that the free negro is a "house" negro a mere tool of the oppressor but the he/she is one of them. He reasons that the free negro has moved into the masters house and forgot all about them and their plight because he hates other negroes and therefore hates himself because he is black afterall. The house negro presents this false dichtomy to the field negro and says which in effect says I'm here for you. I have not left the plantation and I am going to provide for you. I'm going to make sure that your children are educated (indoctrinated), that you have shelter (ghettos), that you have healthcare (abortions, as many as you'd like -- we'll call it choice and access to clean facilities). House negro makes sure that he creates contempt for the free negro by declaring that he is making a difference, providing the solution. He reminds the field negro about how hard life was on the plantation in years past, how mean and evil the oppressor was and still is. The house negro leads the field negro to believe that the angrier you are about past evils the more "noble" you are. He convinces the field negro that the free negro has forgotten about the past. That he is not noble and is in point of fact sick and twisted for not being angry and radical.

Free Negro: He is a producer. He would rather provide for himself and family without any assistance or interferance from the plantation. He wants the field negro to leave the plantation and so he tells the field negro the truth about the house negro. However the field negro is convinced that there is something sick and twisted about the free negro because he isn't "advocating" for those "benevolent" programs like the house negro is. The free negro embraces freedom too much to allow the attitudes, feelings and opinions of others stand in the way of their freedom.

Field Negro: Has no concept of freedom and doesn't even know he is in bondage. That is why he doesn't understand the free negro and believes that the free negro is a house negro and a tool of his oppressor. The field negro has been indoctrinated in "plantation" schools. He has been presented with a false narrative of freedom. Freedom to the field negro means "equality". He has been miseducated to the point where he would rather be "equal" in bondage than "unequal" in freedom.

So, Attorneymom where are you in the matrix?

My hope and prayer for you is that you heal and let God be God. He didn't bring you this far to leave you (as we see in your video testimony). You are one of the top attorneys in this country so I'm thinking you have a choice to make. Are going to re-enter the corporate environment and practice law or are you going to let the people who you believe perceive you as a nigger shut you down? Who is the "conquerer" and who is "defeated" if you choose the latter?

@CBW, you made me start crying again. Thanks.

@Ziggy, let's see:

1. I have never been invited to a Christmas party when everyone else on the 9th floor was invited including the white secretaries.

2. Although I was responsible for finalizing multi-million -dollar contracts that generated wealth for the company while shielded them from liability, I was the only one on the 9th floor who did not receive a bonus. Even the white secretary received bonuses.

3. Many disrespectful emails with impunity. When I nicely tell the white men to stop sending disrespectful emails, ask my secretary for copies and follow the contract routing sheet process, I get written up and told that I must attend anger management classes.

4. Firing me while I am on disability and replacing me with a white female attorney.

5. Not allowing me to purchase books or attend seminars or confer with outside counsel like the other attorneys which would have helped me do my job.

Giving there is a pending lawsuit, I don't want to give away all my evidence. But you get the picture.

*Yawn* I already knew that someone would say that...

Ali,

Using your logic, one would think that those confederate flags that we see waving on government buildings down south would be all gone by now do to the fact that most of the people living in the South now are Republican, right ? All of the Klansmen and Neo-Nazi groups would've moved north by now to escape all of those freedom fighting republicans, right ? lol... The infamous, racist, Lynch-a-N*****, Jena 6 court system down there would've been reformed by now, no ?

Did you hear the recent news about that Louisiana judge refusing to grant an interracial couple a marriage license ? It was all over the AP wire Ali.

Come on Ali, use the common sense you were born with instead of repeating nonsense you hear. If you are Black, give your people some more credit brother. Do you think our people are stupid? Our elders and ancestors left the republican party in droves for a reason! Not only because of hand outs (Like the brother Denmark Vesey hypothesizes). They left because they saw the republican party shifting further to the right and becoming more of a party for and by Southern white men! I would imagine that it frightened them (understandably). At the same time, they saw the Democratic party moving left and more pro Black. The hand outs only helped to hook us. I will concede that point to Black Republicans. When we went from the republican party to the Democratic party, our Civil Rights struggle went from fighting for our equal rights under the law AND THAT'S ALL! To fighting for the right to be accepted by massa! The Negro Leagues is an excellent example: Instead of fighting for the right of this Black business to have the same opportunities and tap the same resources that the major leagues had, we fought for the right for whites to kill this Black business by taking all the Black talent away, just so we can have the right to play ball next to whitey... How many BLACK sports teams owners are there now ??????

Instead of fighting to rebuild BlackWallStreets across the country, we fought to be 100% assimilated into a modern day plantation system. Those of us who would like to think of ourselves as "leaving the plantation," I would suggest that they wake up and take a better look at the world they live in. We complain about discrimination on all levels and how we're negatively portrayed in Hollywood and in the news and etc. But what do we expect? Most of the Chairmen and CEO's of our Fortune 500 companies, Media and the banking industry are either Jewish or Anglo... They give a couple of house negro's a set of knee pads and a token position. Blacks in this system are either happy slaves or are scared to say anything for fear of retribution. Now the media is engaged in programming us to believe that we are in the "post racial" era. So I guess we should forget about slavery and our holocaust, and forget about our racial solidarity while they themselves never forget about their holocaust and promote their solidarity across the globe every chance they get.

We could've had our own financial infrastructure in place by now if we would've listened to the message of Malcolm and Marcus. The Democratic party used W.E.B. Debois, and Martin Luther King for their assimilation agenda. Instead of being RACIST, the republican party could've made the pragmatic decision of supporting certain aspects of the Marcus Garvy/Malcolm X program while steering them into a more Pro-American direction- instead, they sicked J. Edgar Hoover (FBI) and the CIA on them. The Republican party could've had a strong hold on at least 50 or 60 percent of the black vote TODAY if they weren't frightened racist at that time. It is not the Democratic parties fault that they were smart enough to show Black people love. Now they are bearing fruits with our loyalty and we are gaining SOME influence within whatever system is developing NOW!

Attorneymom said...

@ Cynical Negro, Black Conservatives believe that if they ignore racism and pretend that they are no longer personally impacted by it, then they will be accepted by the white Conservatives.

I wonder if all the white people at Attorneymom's company were all racists. Even if 'most' were.

If one was racist, that is a deep tragedy. If most were, that's a great tragedy indeed.

Still, what about all the rest of the white people? If one black man is racist does that make all black people racist? If a group of blk people are racist does this mean people should all blacks as racist?

The ability to succeed is the anyway is the best response to those who would keep us down. It seems that you're a Christian. The Bible has a lot to say about how to treat your enemies, those who do you wrong, despitefully use and persecute you. What does the Bible say about revenge and forgiveness? If you have chosen Christ, there is a way out and a path forward but you must have faith in God's word and promises. The Bible says to fear not, only believe.

Your way or God's way, your choice.

Cynical Negro yes I am half black if you must know and just because I tell the truth about our people doesn't mean that I don't like my own kind. You want to sit there and get off the topic and talk about the damn confederate flag and pointing fingers @ racism issues when we as a people don't even start by looking in the mirror and stop calling each other sellouts, saying NIGGA to each other and hating our own kind plus the fact that someone else on here just made a statement about being a black conservative you are just hoping to be accepted by white conservatives just confirm how we as a people act an ass towards each other. Growing up I use to get beat up by blacks and joke at because I had all types of friends from all race. Not one person outside of my race til this day that I am aware of has said there things to me. So negro please I have deault w/people who think like you all my life. And you want to sit there and bitch about the confederate flag when our people is screwed up when we have 54% of our people in jail and we are just 12% of the population 7 out of 10 black families are out of child wed lock and we make up 49% of the Aids cases are made up of blacks. 80% of HIV new cases are black here in the DC area and you worried about the damn confederate flag and other race issues when we are the biggest hypocrites to each other.

And as far as you talking about "black left the Republicans because they were going too far right" well you are so dead wrong on this I don't know where to begin. 1st off the Republican party of TODAY and Democrats are both in the same !! I hate to break it to you but there's no different in the 2 parties. The Republicans have been moving towards the left the past 20 years YOU are just too brainwash to see this just like you are when it comes to people calling Obama a racist when we actually said racist comments and you don't want to acknowedge this from you narrow view of a mind that you have. Yet you want to bitch about the damn confederate flag hanging at a building. Plus the main fact of why blacks defected towards the Democrat is because in the 60's Lyndon Johnson passed the civil rights act and a bunch of social entitlement program and you enjoy paying that is coming out of your paycheck. "I'll have those niggers voting Democratic for the next 200 years" Lyndon B. Johnson. You can look that up. And to be clear on the civil rights act that YES it needed to be pass but it also set up a bunch of entitlement program that has been hurting black today. The great society act did all of this and was created by Democrats not only for us to vote for them but gave us handout programs like welfare, medicare and medicaid that I know you enjoy paying out of your paycheck every week. Plus program like section 8 basically gives you more money the more babies you have thus you don't need a baby daddy. So it's no wonder why 7 out of 10 blks are born single family and you want to bitch about a damn confederate flag on a state building negro please.

Ali said...

Lyndon Johnson and JFK were against the civil rights movement when they were senators before becoming presidents as a matter of fact the Democrat Party was against the civil rights movement you can go ahead and look this up too since you are so misinformed. Martin Luther King was a Republicans and so was blacks. Republicans for years had been trying to pass this act but you had a controlled Democrat congress in charge and when it hit the tipping point in 64 they finally passed and OH by the way w/alot of Democrats voting against it too. Then Lyndon Johnson passed the great society act and during those period he said "I'll have those niggers voting Democratic for the next 200 years" - Lyndon B. Johnson. And you know what it worked. Because of the entitlement program that is currently set up and that is why you vote Democrat and this is why you think it was liberals who ran the Republicans when the fact is you are totally wrong on that.

And for the record I do think that racism do exist today and I'm not shallow minded about that. But we as black people need to focus on fixing our own 1st before we can sit there and be hypocrite about calling each other names then turn around and get mad at other race calling us nigga's when we do this to each other so until we fix this problem I really don't wanna hear it !! YES I do think Obama is a racist too because of his comments that he made just like you thought that George Allen was a racist when he made a racist comment.

If they were Conservative Republicans why were they referred to as "Radical Republicans"?

If they were conservative Republicans why was the constituents of the party from the liberal north?

If they were Conservative Republicans, why was Lincoln attacked for not having an affiliation to church, and often called "infidel"?

You got the political party right (i.e. Republican), but you got the ideology wrong (i.e. conservative).

Perhaps the reason why blacks were Republicans then and not now.

If you believe that President Obama is what's best for this country and that the radical transformation that he intends for this country is a long time coming--ok, we agree to disagree. What is the point of discussing the history of political parties. It's curious that you want to debate the history of racist in america but ignore what history has taught us about socialism.

The point that I try and make here is that I believe we are facing a very real and present danger right now. The world is bigger than the fragile, bruised psyches of black folks. It's too bad you can't see that.

But for the record:

Who killed slavery?
By Michael Zak
April 17, 2006

Now more than ever, Republicans should take great pride in our Party's heritage of civil rights achievement. They should remember the words of Joseph Rainey, the South Carolina Republican and former slave who was the first African-American to serve in the U.S. House of Representatives: "We love freedom more, vastly more, than slavery; consequently, we hope to keep clear of the Democrats!" And, it was Mary Terrell, an African-American Republican who co-founded the NAACP, who declared: "Every right that has been bestowed upon blacks was initiated by the Republican Party."
Today, the District of Columbia celebrates "Emancipation Day" -- commemorating when on April 16, 1862, the Republican Party abolished slavery in the District. That's right, the Republican Party freed the slaves here in the District, despite fierce opposition from the Democrats. Of course, no one in the D.C. Government dares mention that fact, since the true heritage of the Grand Old Party is what Republicans should know and Democrats should fear.
During the Civil War, one of the nation's leading abolitionists was Republican Sen. Henry Wilson, of Massachusetts, who would later serve as vice president during President Grant's second term. In December 1861, Mr. Wilson introduced a bill to abolish slavery in the District. The measure met with parliamentary obstacles from the adamantly pro-slavery Democratic Party, whom Republicans in those days referred to as the "Slave-ocrats."
Most Democrats in Congress having resigned in order to join the Confederate rebellion, Wilson's measure sailed through the Senate. The abolitionist senator responsible for outmaneuvering Democrat opposition was Ben Wade, the Ohio Republican who six years later would have assumed the presidency had the bitterly racist Democratic President, Andrew Johnson, been convicted during his impeachment trial.
In the House of Representatives, Democrats delayed passage with a series of stalling tactics. Finally, the majority leader, Thaddeus Stevens, bulldozed over Democrat opposition by calling the House into a committee of the whole. He stopped all other business in the House until Democrats relented and allowed a vote on the bill. Stevens, of Pennsylvania, is best known for his "forty acres and a mule" proposal. Overall, 99 percent of Republicans in Congress voted to free the slaves in the District of Columbia, and 83 percent of Democrats voted to keep them in chains.
While serving his one term in the U.S. House of Representatives, Abraham Lincoln had in 1848 sponsored a bill to abolish slavery in the District of Columbia. As president, he proudly signed the District of Columbia Emancipation Act on April 16, 1862, announcing: "I have never doubted the constitutional authority of Congress to abolish slavery in this District; and I have ever desired to see the national capital freed from the institution." Thanks to Republican majorities in Congress, President Lincoln could at last see the nation's capital freed from the institution of slavery.
Among the 3,100 slaves freed by the Republican Party's District of Columbia Emancipation Act was Philip Reid. A year later, Reid, a skilled metal worker, supervised the casting of the bronze statue which stands atop the dome of the U.S. Capitol. The name of that statue? Freedom.

and this too:

KKK Terrorist Arm of the Democratic Party

By Frances Rice

History shows that the Ku Klux Klan was the terrorist arm of the Democrat Party. This ugly fact about the Democrat Party is detailed in the book, A Short History of Reconstruction, (Harper & Row Publishers, Inc., 1990) by Dr. Eric Foner, the renown liberal historian who is the DeWitt Clinton Professor of History at Columbia University. As a further testament to his impeccable credentials, Professor Foner is only the second person to serve as president of the three major professional organizations: the Organization of American Historians, American Historical Association, and Society of American Historians.
Democrats in the last century did not hide their connections to the Ku Klux Klan. Georgia-born Democrat Nathan Bedford Forrest, a Grand Dragon of the Ku Klux Klan wrote on page 21 of the September 1928 edition of the Klan’s “The Kourier Magazine”: “I have never voted for any man who was not a regular Democrat. My father … never voted for any man who was not a Democrat. My grandfather was …the head of the Ku Klux Klan in reconstruction days…. My great-grandfather was a life-long Democrat…. My great-great-grandfather was…one of the founders of the Democratic party.”

Dr. Foner in his book explores the history of the origins of Ku Klux Klan and provides a chilling account of the atrocities committed by Democrats against Republicans, black and white.

On page 146 of his book, Professor Foner wrote: “Founded in 1866 as a Tennessee social club, the Ku Klux Klan spread into nearly every Southern state, launching a ‘reign of terror‘ against Republican leaders black and white.” Page 184 of his book contains the definitive statements: “In effect, the Klan was a military force serving the interests of the Democratic party, the planter class, and all those who desired the restoration of white supremacy. It aimed to destroy the Republican party’s infrastructure, undermine the Reconstruction state, reestablish control of the black labor force, and restore racial subordination in every aspect of Southern life.”

Heartbreaking are Professor Foner’s recitations of the horrific acts of terror inflicted by Democrats on black and white Republicans. Recounted on pages 184-185 of his book is one such act of terror: “Jack Dupree, a victim of a particularly brutal murder in Monroe County, Mississippi - assailants cut his throat and disemboweled him, all within sight of his wife, who had just given birth to twins - was ‘president of a republican club‘ and known as a man who ‘would speak his mind.’”

“White gangs roamed New Orleans, intimidating blacks and breaking up Republican meetings,“ wrote Dr. Foner on page 146 of his book. On page 186, he wrote: “An even more extensive ‘reign of terror’ engulfed Jackson, a plantation county in Florida’s panhandle. ‘That is where Satan has his seat,‘ remarked a black clergyman; all told over 150 persons were killed, among them black leaders and Jewish merchant Samuel Fleischman, resented for his Republican views and for dealing fairly with black customers.“

That would be ALL. I wish I had a family member who wasn't "uniformed". As for communist -- I don't have any commie friends. Racist -- yep, although they would say they aren't. Socialist - yep, they've been educated in government schools and long for Utopia. So, yes I have no heaven or hell to cast anyone to. I love my friends and my family and accept them for who they are. Mrs Grapevine no I got it all right. The media called people like me who went to a tea party and the 912 march this year radical Republican or radical conservatives when in fact this was not so was surrounded by conservatives, liberals, republicans, Democrats and libertarian like myself.

So my point I'm trying to make is that they put names like "radical" to discourage they they truly are and back during the civil war and post civil war Republicans back then was a party of being conservatives and had conservative values. Just because your conservative doesn't mean that you have to be christian. Do the research of the Republican party and what they once stood for and their traditions of having strong lines of famous black followers of that party. Now the Republican party of today IS NOT conservatives based on principles today. Matter of fact no difference in the 2

If you don't believe what I said why blacks switched Democrats from my previous comment then fine so be it but it's the truth and you can research everything I said especially Lyndon Johnson's comment.

The point we are trying to make is that a so-called "conservative" helped to create those conditions that you call, "very real and present danger right now. The world is bigger than the fragile, bruised psyches of black folks. It's too bad you can't see that."

It's even sadder that you can't see that. I'm not a Glenn Beck fan, but even he sees that.

My thing with you is not what you believe, but that you try to paint a picture of the left as ignorant racist welfare recipients, selling out to socialist doctrine. That you try to push all the "scum" of the black community onto liberalism, and ignore all the good and valuable things that black on the left have achieved. I see these people in the trenches to make a better life for others everyday.

You make it seem that every thing "conservative" is good, even though we know from Regan and Bush that is not true. There are things on the conservative side that are as equally dangerous to this country. We have seen it, in the past 8 years.

This country was founded on opposing views, and no matter how people try to rewrite history, it has been that way since the inception, and that's what makes this country great.

If Obama fails, then so be it. I will let you say I told you so, and then the Republicans will take over in 2012.

What history has taught us about socialism or communism?

That it doesn't work, and that we are not advocating a socialist society. We believe in capitalism, but we also believe that the poor shouldn't become victims of the rich or greed, and we must protect those that are weak in the society.

Last but not least,
God is not the God of Conservatives, or the God of Liberals. He is Almighty, and if you want to serve him, serve him well, or to the best of your ability.

My point is that you can see the left however you want to, but it doesn't make it true or real. The reality is that there are lot of us fighting to make change, and we fight hard, because we believe in a better circumstance for all people.(That's not to say the right doesn't)...

THAT'S A DAMN LIE FROM THE PIT OF HELL!!!!!

I have never intimated that all blacks are ignorant welfare recipients selling out to socialism.

First of all, most of my familiar are affleunt, my oldest friends go back to Jack & Jill an organization my parents put me in when I was 13. Welfare is not EVEN an issue with my crew.

Most academics have an affinity for socialism and so it is with my friends.

I decry christians throwing Christ under the bus for the person of Obama. I decry intelligent people putting their hands over their eyes and ears because they want to believe empty rhetoric and feel invested in the success of the First Black president. I decry the fact that black folks particularly Christian black folks throw their support behind the godless democrat party.

Scum & pathology....you don't see videos, or articles on this blog highlight negative behaviors. Ok, maybe one about black women taking responsibility -- but I prefaced it with "eat the fish and spit out the bones" as there was content contained therein that I thought was important. Again, I blog for my daughter who is a black child (young woman)actually. I don't parade negative images and/or sterotypes in my household or on this blog. So try again....

1) Let's not forget David Duke, or Strum Thurman...

2) I'm not the media and I don't think all the people of the tea party are radical. I know Ron Paul has had the same message from the beginning, and I'm not mad at the "genuine" outrage. But you have trolls high jacking your platform for Republican capital.

I like libertarians, there is not flip-flopping with them. I believe in my heart that Thomas Jefferson was a libertarian, and that's why both liberals and conservatives claim him as their party's founder.

3) I know not all Conservatives are Christians, we had that conversation is past threads. In fact the conservative families on my block are aetheist or agnostic.

4)No when they called Lincoln "radical" that meant liberal or "non-conservative" and the tried to paint him as "un-christian" and "un-American"

I am fed up with what has happening within the black community. Too many of our families are broken, too many of us are morally degenerate and too many of us are willing to blame all of our pathology on slavery, George Bush, the Republican party or anything but our failures as Parents, Husbands, Wives and Christians.

Where is there any mention of welfare? I don't even talk about welfare or handouts! Moral degeneration is present in all socio-economic stata. I don't blame either party dems or republicans for moral degeneration. My point is WE need to get our acts together...nobody to blame but ourselves.

@ CBW & ALI:

Thank you you are proving my point. The Republican party dominates the south. In fact they are mostly made up of white southerners. Where did all those racist go? Did they migrate North, or did they switch party like Strum Thurmond during the 60's when blacks switched to the Democrat party? (Something tells me it's the ladder)

You can give me the history up until 1960, but then your argument becomes quite muted.

All we have to do is look at a political map from 1960 and 1964, and compare it to today's map, and see what party those Dixiecrat evaporated into.

Lastly, do you really want to start naming books, as if liberals don't write books. I can write a book right now that will convince people the moon was created by the Don Killuminati as spy satellite, and not a natural satellite, and that's why JFK was successful at winning the space race. Do you know how many people will site it as fact? Way too many.

A conservative book is meant to propagate ideology, in the same manner as a book with a liberal slant.

I'm not a "liberal" because I believe all the crap written. I'm a liberal because I'm usually left on big issues.

MrsGrapevine said...

@ CBW:

Then I can agree with that statement, we do need to get our act together, and it's politically neutral. Like I said before, socially we are both conservative, and have higher standards for our community, and I think the community needs that. (Agree)

As far as political party or ideology...(Agree to Disagree)

I feel the same way about libertarians we don't flip flop and I am a huge fan of Ron Paul. I believe in strict constitutional laws. My principles are based on libertarian views and back home I help campaign for Ron Paul in my state. I would like to see him run for president again too.

Libertarians and conservatives are slightly different as far as views. For example if I wanted to buy bear on a sunday I can't do so because of christian views that they made law so if I am not christian I am being punish by someone's religious beliefs. And this whole gay marriage thing I could care less. As long as your a christian and you don't practice that and someone else does then what's the problem? This is where my libertarian side comes out of me.

But blacks are naturally more conservatives than they realize. Blacks lead the way when voting against gay marriage and 10x more into their religions. It's the entitlement program that has handcuff blacks to the Democrat and liberal agenda's and I still stand on the fact that that party has killed black families for decades now going back to what I said earlier about them. Even after the 60's they have done nothing for blacks. I have no love for the Democrat Party because of their history of forming the KKK and terrorizing blacks for years now they still have them under their control by their support from blacks and double standard too. Going back to my previous comments the liberal agenda of social program is killing blacks. I mean why have a man when you have section 8 to take care of you then when you have your 4th child by a 4th different guy not only do you get child support but more money for section 8. Which at the same time is killing our families because the men are not around and govt encourage this type of behavior.

Besides these programs are not authorize by the constitution and govt has no authority to redistribute money from one group of people to another. This is called socialist

@CBW, did you just call me a Democrat? Wow, I guess you really don't know me. Call me an Independent or a moderate Republican, but don't ever call me a Democrat.

LBJ had always been staunchly against civil rights until the 60's when he suddenly seemed to have a 'come to Jesus' conversion about Civil Rights. Even still, he viewed blacks as N- - - ers. Here he is explaining how the literacy test isn't discriminatory and the poll tax isn't a problem as you can just pay it and vote:

What's wrong with the truth?
http://www.nationalcenter.org/P21NVDavisGore599.html

Like Charley Rangel's strange position of writing tax law though he's involved in tax evasion, so is a KKK member a strange sponsor on a bill to apologize for past failure to stop racist murders of black Americans.
http://www.nationalcenter.org/P21NVShabazzApology805.html

Much is made of the U.S. Supreme Court's 1954 Brown v. Board of
Education decision that struck down state-segregated education.
What is never mentioned is that the ruling did what Republicans already accomplished in their 1875 civil rights bill - a bill later overturned by the Democrats in 1880.
http://www.nationalcenter.org/P21NVMassieElites1204.html

Louisiana Gov. Kathleen Blanco (Democrat) refused help with Hurricane Katrina. Well, as long as it keeps a Republican administration from any credit anything goes.

Ray Nagin, incompetent (Democrat) mayor of New Orleans who allowed the people of the city to die
during Hurricane Katrina because he ignored the warnings of impending danger.Ray Nagin is the modern-day version of Marion Barry. We could make a long list of grievances here. Remember those buses that weren't used to get people out?

For some black people the facts don't matter. For them the end justifies the means.

But the facts don't matter. A lot of blacks do not care about the truth. If the truth makes the Democrats look bad, rather then hold them accountable they will argue and tweak in an attempt to justify ignoring the facts. The end justifies the means. They believe that if they bring America down a better Amerika will be ushered in. They don't talk about this much. I think it should be explored and the merits be examined with a genuine purpose of self interest. It seems to me that this tactic is like trying to save oneself from expiring in a burning building by setting the building on fire.

@ Smile:

1) The founder of modern day Conservatism, William F. Buckley was for racism before he was against it. Miraculously he also had a change of heart right around the same time as Lyndon B Johnson. I guess if Lyndon B Johnson wasn't sincere, then the founder of modern day conservatism probably wasn't sincere, either. Which would mean that Conservatism is built on the premise that whites are superior to blacks, and their ideology propagates that fact, in which all principles are designed to maintain the master race at the disadvantage of the inferior race(i.e. blacks)...

This of course is according your logic, not mind.

Oh but wait, he suddenly had a change of heart, too. Right?

I'm not interested in who has the most racists, and I'm not interested in which party is better or superior. I just want you to be fair about your bias and not try to label liberals or democrats by the scum of the party, and then ignore the scum at the bottom of your party as well. Or on a more personal level, trying to label me as ignorant to facts, when you ignore a whole set of them yourself.

For some black people the facts don't matter. For them the end justifies the means...(Exactly)

It's amazing what we ignore when we want to believe...

2)"Like Charley Rangel's strange position of writing tax law though he's involved in tax evasion, so is a KKK member a strange sponsor on a bill to apologize for past failure to stop racist murders of black Americans."

I know that would be like praising abstinence only programs while having a pregnant teenage daughter.

Or saying homosexuality is a sin while tapping your foot in bathroom stall with a glory hole.

Or like saying we are the party of Christians but hiding satanic symbols in the logo

Or that would be like Palin blaming Obama for moving the in God we trust on the US coins, only to find out it was Bush who commissioned the change

Or having family bible study while paying the family of your mistress not to speak about the affair you are having on a tax payer's bill.

Or like electing a pro-life President like Regan and Bush, only to have pro-choice remain the law.

Do we really want to go back and forth on who's more racist, or more corrupt? Is that what the point is, do you think that's what my point was?

CBW,
The recent federally sponsored study that suggests breast cancer screening only commence on woman 50 yrs of age or older should be a forbodding red light for those blinded to the principle of government rationing through the federal option.
His "O-ness" has suggested that physician care should be directed by outcome studies. So in essence the government will design and carry out these studies and Big Brother, M.D. will usurp the role of personal physician in the administration of American health care.
Who doesn't get it?

I asked her what she was going to do with two dollars more. She said not to bother her; she was writing another letter...
